Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you, other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right, inform us — Otto Schlemmer (Velin Noir), Kulmbacher Str. 103, 95213 Münchberg, Germany, info@velinnoir.de — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail). You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within fourteen days of receiving your withdrawal.
